Attorney Leckerman has received training in the methods of forensic testing of blood and urine for the presence of drugs and alcohol, including headspace gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. During his career, he has defended over a thousand DUI and DWI cases involving blood and breath testing devices. The DUI / DWI breath testing devices utilized included the Breathalyzer and Alcotest 7100 MK III-C. He has also received training from the manufacturer of the Alcotest 7110 MK III-C in its operation. This DWI breath testing machine is used exclusively throughout the State of New Jersey. Additionally, Kevin is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and other DUI / DWI attorney groups that routinely meet throughout the country in order to discuss innovations in defending DUI/DWI clients.

Union was settled in 1667 and later in the 18th century was called Connecticut Farms. Union was the site of the Battle of Connecticut Farms, one of the last battles between British and American forces during the American Revolutionary War. Union is only one quick train ride to New York City on the Raritan Valley Line, which opened in 2003 and includes a parking lot with over 450 spaces. In March 2014 NJ Transit added the One Seat Ride Service for weekday’s off-peak hours where a passenger can conveniently stay on the train and doesn’t have to switch trains at Penn Station.
